The ZMTH Rotor is another option in our Horizontal series. Invented by ZENO some 35 years ago, this cutter system was necessary to longer lasting cutters for use with more abrasive materials like Particleboard and MDF etc. The Rotor is solid steel and the cutters are made in a strip, which are set into a machined pocket and bolted to the rotor. Easy access and removal of these cutter rows is accomplished by unbolting and lifting the hood. The ZMTH cutters can be retipped with a hard welding rod or easily exchanged.
