Rare-earth magnets to Eddy Current Separators

RARE EARTH MAGNETSÂ Â ÂThere are two types of rare earth magnets available: Neodymium and Samarium Cobalt. Neodymium magnets are made of neodymium, iron, boron and a few transition metals. Samarium cobalt magnets are made of samarium, cobalt and iron. These rare earth magnets are extremely strong for their small size, metallic in appearance and found in simple shapes such as rings, blocks and discs.
CERAMIC MAGNETS
Ceramic (ferrite) magnets are composed of strontium carbonate and iron oxide. They are charcoal gray in color and usually appear in the forms of discs, rings, blocks or cylinders.
EDDY CURRENT SEPARATORS
Recovering valuable nonferrous metals from industrial refuse was a labor intensive, costly and time consuming. The Eddy Current Separator has made it possible to separate and collect even the smallest particles of nonferrous metals like aluminum or even inert plastics. It is able to separate metals from scrap, and remove metallic contaminants from glass and other substances as well.
SUFFICE IT TO SAY;Â Â Â
There are many ways and devices to remove metal. Ferrous or nonferrous. Some are more expensive than others & we offer them all for every recycling application. To have a clean recyclable material (not to mention the profit to be gleaned from the separated metals) these materials must be detected and separated somehow. Whatever the circumstance, Eurohansa, Inc. with ZENO GmbH will design, recommend, quote and deliver the right system with all the right components. One which might include a more cost-conscience method of metal removal. Check out our simple but effective Metal Detector/Separator units.
